FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Everything we get asked about feeding crews, kitchen partnerships, and how SiteBite works.

Where does SiteBite deliver?
Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland — Surrey, White Rock, Delta, Langley and Vancouver to start. We add worksites as crews ask for them, so if yours isn't on the list yet, tell us and we'll look at it.
How far in advance do I need to order?
At least 24 hours. Every meal is cooked to order by a real kitchen, so they need the numbers the day before. Order today, eat tomorrow.
When do meals arrive?
Timed to your site's break. You tell us when the crew stops; we build the route around it. One delivery per site, so the whole crew eats together.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
It depends on the kitchen serving your site. Every meal in the app lists what's in it and flags the common ones — pork, nuts, dairy, gluten. As we bring more kitchens on, the range widens. If your crew has specific needs, tell us before we set your site up.
What's the minimum order size?
There's no minimum for you as an individual — order one meal if that's what you want. There is a practical minimum for a site, because a kitchen won't drive across town for three meals. When we set your site up we'll tell you straight what it needs to work.
How does billing work?
Workers pay for their own meals in the app when they order. If a company is covering lunch for the crew, that goes on one invoice instead.
Is the food from a licensed kitchen?
Yes. Every partner is a licensed commercial kitchen. Nothing is cooked in a home kitchen, and meals are held at temperature through delivery.
I run a meal-prep company. Can I partner with SiteBite?
Yes, and we're actively looking. See the For Kitchens page, or just get in touch.
Can the menu change week to week?
Yes. Menus are set by the kitchen serving your site and refresh regularly. You'll see what's available when you order.
What if something's wrong with my meal?
Tell us. We'd rather hear about it than have you quietly stop ordering — early on especially, that feedback is worth more to us than the meal cost.
